Your mentor will be an adult Christian who relates closely to your church or organization. This person will work with you during the year to assist you in completing your service-learning project. Each mentor will receive a $100 stipend. Potential mentors include pastors, teachers, coaches, and adult friends.

Youth Programs

Kristen Talbert (ULA 2003 graduate) - She is currently a senior at the University of Minnesota, studying Native American culture and history. She is an officer of the American Indian Student Cultural Center. During the summer Kristen traveled to several reservations to work with young people and to teach the Lakota language.
